Preparing Tips:

Sweet potatoes are excellent baked, boiled, or glazed with brown sugar or honey.

Storage Tips:

Allow to dry for 2-3 hours. Then move to dry, warm place for 2 weeks. Store at 55 degrees for 8-24 weeks.
