We begin our season every Spring by seeding the crops we will grow on the farm in our greenhouse. From there, we transplant these seedlings in our high tunnels and in the field. Growing over 50 varieties of various crops on our 120 acre farm. We supplement our harvest with the best local farmers to deliver the finest selection of produce from Western New York. Greg and his family’s passion for quality and quantity allow customers to have access to unmatched beauty and options. Take a drive and stop out to see for yourself!

Each month on the farm brings new and exciting crops! We begin our season with our Spring CSA share and enjoy stored apples, fresh strawberries, leafy greens, asparagus, rhubarb, and other cool weather transition items, and herbs.

Summer allows us to harvest radishes, early broccoli, summer squash, green beans, strawberries, cherry tomatoes, and snow peas … farmer greg’s favorite!

As the temperatures heat up, we transition to everyone’s summer favorites and the staples of our Produce Market including sweet corn, watermelons, cucumbers, zucchini, peppers, egg plants, carrots, Niagara County tree fruits, and our famous sugar cube cantaloupes!
During the late summer into the earliest days of fall we continue to offer seasonal items, source freestone peaches ideal for canning and baking, and start providing access to early local apples, grapes, kale, cauliflower, and the last of the canning tomatoes.

Fall offers fun on the farm with pumpkins, gourds, mums, and cornstalks. Fall squashes, broccoli, Brussel sprouts, cauliflower, kale, spinach, leeks, and potatoes fill our barn and help us to store and prepare for cooler days ahead.
